This is the first piece of home exercise equipment I ever bought. I bought it because of the Stay at home orders and needing to to keep exercising and have resistance training. It's made being "safer at home" a lot more enjoyable! TotalGymTV shows you everything you need to know to get the most out of this simple machine. It’s so wonderful to have this clean, quiet, foldable machine at home for 24/7 use. I quickly ordered this one as soon as our shelter in place started here in California. Now, it will be a hard sell to return to my noisy, sweaty, overpopulated brick and mortar gym once it’s safe to return. I kid you not, I love using my Total Gym so much it might complete replace my “other” gym completely.
