I have had about 3 weeks just relaxing to use then you can step it up with a more intense work out if you want. After you get pass the cost I do feel like I get a better work out then I ever did at gym no weights slamming and people that don’t talk crazy.

I’m 64 and needed something at home to keep me limber as well as strengthen my upper body. I owned a total gym 20 years ago and loved it then so I knew I would love this newer version. Nothing like low impact conditioning and great workout in my own home without all the equipment of weights, bars, etc.!!

I bought this gym for myself and I'm mostly happy with it. It's easy to use and there are many exercises. My only disappointment is that I can't use the foot piece with my feet because it's designed for large men. Unfortunately, a lot of gym equipment is deisgned for large men and smaller people sometimes can't use them effectively. My feet are average-size for a woman (size 7) but hooking my feet in that particular piece requires me to put too much stress on my toes to use it.
Other than that, it's a great piece of equipment.
