Getting back in shape after many years. This Total Gym does work the whole body. It is tough getting up while using it if your joints are bad and you're out of shape. Im still getting used to folding and moving it trying not to place my hands & fingers in the wrong places (ouch) Overall i know this is a good, solid machine and i'm looking forward getting back in shape.

I have used the total gym for 20 years. At 74 I am feel strong. At the art festivile yesterday I walked up to a booth and the lady said Hi Jack La Lane. I turned around to see who she was looking at. No one was there. Then she said,no, honey. You. the gym works extremelly well if you follow the you tube videos, work out every other day and perform the exercise precisely. Better to use less weight/load and precise movements to extend the entire muscle, not fast, just at a moderat pace.
