I love this gym. For the little time that I get to use this, I have lost 10lbs. Down from 197 to 186. Some items that I received as part of this gym are questionable. To just pull from box and start using is so awesome. This definitely is the rebuttal to visiting the fitness centers. Thank you as this purchase is not a disappointment.

I am very happy with my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery an the no assembly needed. The Total Gym XLS exercises seem too easy to really work, but in only a month I have noticed quite an improvement in strength and tone. I am looking forward to reaching my goals!
