I’ve used it and really enjoy using it. The only problem is that I have bad knees and need to figure out some way to raise it up 12” so I can get off with out hurting myself.

I bought over month ago and it is awesome to use. the only problem is that the bench slides some left or right and the metal guides hit the lower section and have to routinely stop to shift it right or left and is irritating.

I have owned a Total Gym 1000 for 15 years due to blown discs in my back and arthritis, between walking and Total Gym are the only exercises my body can handle. Excellent low impact. The XLS has gone beyond my expectations. It's feels like a professional piece of gym equipment, nice and solid.
