I purchased the total gym xsl and received a free upgrade to the fit model. I am overweight and have not worked out in years and was a bit leery if I could even do the workout. Because it has different levels I was able to challenge myself and get thru the first workout and complete it. That gave me confidence to know I CAN do this ! I have now setup a workout schedule and haven't missed a day. I see this as something I can do for life! Love it!
