I bought this a little over a month ago and it's the perfect compliment to my treadmill and elliptical. The XLS is easy to use, I love the workouts and am already feeling looser after a long winter hibernation. I'm losing weight and feeling better. I am very glad that I made this purchase and will continue to improve my health by all of the exercises this gym offers.

I have had my Total Gym XLS for about a month now and love it. This is a great product -- it is sturdy, quiet , easy to use, and very versatile. I especially like the DVDs that come with it -- they illustrate how many different exercises are available and are really well done. I am 66 years old so I am not going to try everything but I am convinced this machine will provide the strength training that I want and need.

Great all in one set so for those who don't have a decent gap in their schedules for a stop to a gym/club. would be great if the website had more options for account management because of the company only being available till 5pm eastern Monday to
