After a recent hip surgery and over 10+ weeks of no exercise, my Total Gym has given me the jumpstart and motivation that I need to regain my strength and my shape. It is so sturdy and easy to use. I love that it offers so many exercises in one machine...and I don't have to leave my house! The directions are clear and the videos have been extremely informative.
Did I mention the customer service and follow up that I received when I placed my order. I was very skeptical about making this purchase, as I was afraid that it would be one more wasted exercise purchase. She make me feel very secure in my ability to get a refund if I was not satisfied. And walked me
through every step of the process. It was delivered before I expected and I am very excited to watch as I continue to get back in shape!

I have just retired and wanted an easy to use and set up exercise system. I found that Total Gym is just what I needed. The system lets you do as much as you need to and to get into shape a little at a time or if you want to increase your work out difficulty and time you can. This system makes taking your first steps to get into shape easy!

I'm one of those fourty year old overweight Dads with kids. It's hard to find time to go to the gym. I've been working out five days a week on my totalgym Xls. There are so many fat burning exercises you can do in a circuit back to back. Trust me you will be sweating in no time. Curls,chest press, squats, pull-ups,ect. I've been following the DVDs that came with mine. I love my totalgym. I'm losing weight,gaining muscle and my blood pressure is down. My wife even works out on it now. Thanks totalgym!
