Fun to use!

I bought my Total Gym a few years ago. It sat for a while....then I gained 15lbs and so I decided to dust it off. I just started using it. This piece of equipment is really fun to use so it makes you actually want to work out. I cant wait to get home so I can use this machine! I just wanna burn some fat but most of all... tone my shoulders and arms! We'll see where im at in a month or two. I will re-post to update you all. But I can tell you now, I can feel the soreness after every workout!

I bought the total gym wanting to lose weight, I must say it's fun it doesn't feel like your even working out because its fun. And it's easy to use. The only down thing is size and weight and price. But over all I'm pretty happy with it.

I had always seen the infomercials for the total gym but was always been a little skeptical about it. I was unable to run and have had many back problems so i needed something else to do while i was down, so i purchased it. I used it right out of the box and was dripping with sweat on the beginners workout. Didnt realize my upperbody was that out of shape. I got the ab crunch accessory..... it is pretty intense. i sweat more in 10 min. on that than i did on the whole beginner workout. I have had it 3 weeks and you couldnt pay me double to get it back. I will be a user of this machine for life!!!! It puts some fun back in an intense workout. will be moving on to intermediate workout at the end of this week and have been telling anyone that will listen how easy and fun it is to use. If your worried if your to tall, im about 6'5" and can use it pretty comfortable.

I enjoy working out and staying in shape. I recently changed my work hours which made it very hard to exercise work and go to school. I did a lot of research on the Total Gym XLS and I was undecided for 6 months. Finally I decided to at least try it for the trial period just to be certain. I have never seen anything so amazing in my entire gym experience. I've been using the XLS consistent for two weeks and I see have seen amazing results already! I'm already up to the Intermediate DVD and I love the challenge. The set up was very easy. I will not be sending my XLS back! I am so amazed and happy with this equipment and I'm telling all of my friends and family about it.

We bought this over a month ago and have been using it every day. The total gym is a blast to use and is easy on the joints. This has been on piece of exercise equipment that gets used all the time. The workout videos are great to get you started on the total gym.
