I bought the XLS as a Christmas gift for myself this year, and I am so happy that I did.
It arrived sooner than I expected and it was easy to use right out of the box, as is advertised. I have been using it for three weeks now, and I can already feel the difference. I am a dressage rider, and the difference in my core and back strength is amazing.
It is so easy to move from one exercise to the next. I look forward to using it each and every day. I am 53-years old and I feel better now than I did in my teens and 20s. I only wish that I had bought one years ago!

When opening the box & reading the instructions it seemed simple, but it wasn't so easy. After getting it set up it's easy to use. I wouldn't say it is fun, but it works fine. Some guidance as to the # of reps would be great.
