We bought this as a family because it's difficult to get to the gym with our schedules. My husband uses it the most because he is a police officer and stays in good shape physically for his job as well as for himself. I use it to to keep my strength up after multiple car accidents and surgery. I also care about my health and appearance. My daughter and son-in-law use it for strength and shaping. We all love that it is so easy to use. We leave it out all ofthe time as well as our cardio equipment. I think we will be getting a lot of use out of this system! We also like the chart that came with it. I hope this helps! :-)

We have had ours for 6 weeks. It is so much fun. Having some problems with the stand I think it has a crack. It make popping sounds during squats. Definitely gets your heart pumping.

I bought the total gym XLS about four months ago and just love it! It took me a little bit to get comfortable and memorize the routine and each exercise for each part of the body BUT after that has been easy!
I am already getting toned, my arms are looking beautiful and I am feeling better than ever!!
