Worth what little effort it takes to do

this is the second TG I have had and this one is even better. I am short so it is difficult to set up but once I have it, its great to use..really hardly any time needed to get the best results. There is so much more on this new one compared the original I bought years ago.
Pros: Strengthens, Sturdy, Comfortable, Quiet, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I am 65 years old and I try to use it every day. It's a quick work-out or can be whatever you want it to be. Many variations and I don't feel like I can do anything to hurt myself. I would recommend this machine to anyone to use. I can't find anything wrong or that I don't like about it.

Fanstic Work out I lost over 50 LBS since I started using Total Gym Also help me bring down my sugar levels down (2 points), I work out 4 Days a week ,and yes I would recommend this product, WOW what a fanatic work out and I feel a lot better than before I started working out. remember one thing eat healthy and work out America. Thanks to all at Total Gym.

All family members utilize this equipment. We are various ages from 34 to 63, and use for following: general exercise. strength building, weight loss, and strengthening of muscles, joints and tendons. Excellent machine. We all love it!

Total Gym FIT - very easy to use

I bought the Total Gym for my wife for Christmas, for total body and inter core strengthening. We both find it perfect for middle aged active adult with little time as the body weight and glide system is an excellent alternative to strengthen and tone the entire body…

Inspired to be getting my life back

Okay, so I ordered the Total Gym as I am a single mom of a seven year old juggling a home based business, school and being a mommy. I am so thrilled that even though I have only had my total gym for about five days now, there are noticeable differences. I use the total gym all the time. It is addictive. More importantly, I cannot believe how much I have adjusted my eating habits to go along with my total gym. I am really hoping to upload some before and after pictures in a few months! The only reason I gave it four stars, is the length.. Longer in person than I thought so if you are debating buying the total gym, just do it! take your life back! This machine is a definite yesssss~~~
