Sturdy, Smooth, and Quiet

I got this Total Gym to replace my Total Trainer. There was nothing wrong with the Total Trainer, it was just a little rough and very loud (annoying). I've been using my Total Gym for about 6 months now and I like everything about it except I think the board is a tad bit too wide on the ends. That makes it hard to do close grip work when you are laying face down on the board (pulling or pushing). The other thing that is a bit annoying (more for my wife than for me)is all the locking pins. Seems like you are constantly switching out accessories and getting the locking pins in can be a pain. That being said, you will really like the workout you can get.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up

My wife and I you 61 yrs young use the the total gym daily. I got this machine because are gym closed down . I'm as diaysles paitence so this helps with my strengt and and weight control.

I Love my Total Gym. I'm in my 50's and can use it with ease or intense . It helps me with my clarity and focus . It's quiet and doesn't take a lot of space. I would highly recommend this product to a serious minded person who wants to get in shape and stay that way. Thank You. I love my body and feel great, alive, and have bounce in my daily steps . Total Gym is a total inside and out , worth it.!!

I am using total gym 5 days per week minimum to help me lose weight and improve my overall fitness. This is the best piece of exercise equipment I have purchased... I luv it! I never felt comfortable in a gym doing weight training and this gives me the privacy of my own home and the convenience of fitting it into my day.
Pros: Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Move On Carpet, Heavy

I use this twice a week and I cant believe how it builds muscle and you don't have to worry about weights and always keeping that life style up, love how this really works and I was surprised how much better we feel when done using it, I wish they would use my idea for the unit to add to the great machine, its sturdy other than the pad on board, needs to be thicker and sewn better, ours ripped if your on the fence don't be, order
