Great overall machine, space efficient when folded up. The process of folding and unfolding it could be made easier, potentially, and I'd prefer if there were a mechanism for locking the main pulley to the sled as it tends to come off if there's no tension on the cables. Beyond that, though, it's a great machine that's easy to learn, and gives a solid calisthenics like workout with a resistance training component that you can't get without it. More versatile than my kettlebells, and seemingly less prone to injury than kettlebells.

It’s not very easy to set it up alone. I had to get my hubby to come upstairs and assist. It’s easy to use. Easy to add and subtract the parts. It’s just the initial setup.
