The Total Gym XLS arrived within a week of the order. I have worked out with the Total Gym for about a month, and I will honestly tell you, it is BETTER than advertised. I have been lifting weights since I was thirteen years old (I am now 69 years old). After rotator cuff surgery a few years back, the pressure of free weights was too stressful. I now use the Total Gym, and I have never had a workout where there is great range of movement and which isolated the various muscle groups as desired. This is a keeper and I am very pleased. Thank you, Total Gym.
