This piece of equipment is so much fun to use. It does not feel like work. It feels like play. My husband and teenage son also love it. We work our upper body on odd days and our lower body on even days. Best investment in gym equipment we have ever made.

I waited a month before submitting a review, because I wanted to see if I'd still be using it regularly (I am!), or if the initial enjoyment of my workouts would pass (it didn't!) This is a great, solid, all-round piece of equipment, and I look forward to my workouts. Haven't even begun to exhaust all the different exercises or online training tips.
