Fantastic machine. Probably not the best for a younger person, but ideal for anyone over 40. Gives a great workout, and even without all the attachments I can still do tons of exercises. I love this thing. I use it everyday. Thank you.

I worked as an Assistant therapist for 30 years. While I was in a research facility in Austin, TX, we learned of a patient that had surgery to her knee to remove some damaged cartilage. Part of her exercise regimen required the use of a Total Gym. She then suffered a motor vehicle accident and injured her knee, so the MDs went in to look at the knee if there was any more damage and to their surprise, the cartilage had repaired itself. The research facility demonstrated that she was doing squats of 10 sets of 100 reps on the total gym every other day. It was the only exercise that was different to similar cases. This is an incredible find. As therapists we have always been told that damaged cartilage will not repair itself, we were wrong. I give credit to the total gym and have used this will all patients for lower extremity regimens. It is an incredible peace of equipment. I Love it!

Great all in one gym. Being someone with cerebral palsy makes it hard finding fitness equipment that will accommodate my needs. The Total Gym does that and more.
