I was so happy to see older people using the Total Gym in your ads- I'm in my 50s with 2 replaced hips, husband is in his 60s- we have to be more careful with our joints- Total Gym provides so many options to work out- we can be careful - protecting our backs while still getting incredible fitness- I'm so thankful we got one!

Great Compact Home Gym

I've been strength training seriously at gyms for over 20 years. Like many others, the COVID pandemic forced me to figure out a way to do my workouts at home in a limited amount of space. At first I was skeptical that this type of machine could give me the level of intensity I want in a workout. I initially bought a cheaper model to test it out and see if could work for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I can do just about everything I did at the gym on this piece of equipment. After a year using my previous model, I wanted to upgrade to a better unit with a higher weight limit so I could continue to challenge myself. I am extremely happy with the XLS. It seems to be a very high quality machine and the bigger glide board is a lot more comfortable than my older unit. There are so many different variations of exercises and the optional weight bar allows me to continue increasing the resistance as necessary. I actually enjoy being able to do my workouts at home now on the XLS. Two big thumbs up !

Product is so easy to use. I'm 56 and have MS. I'm also recovering from surgery and I was still able to use the Total Gym XLS with AbCrunch! I've only been using it for a few weeks but I can already feel and see a difference. I highly recommend this product. It has quickly become my new best friend!!

I love my total gym xls, if there's 1 thing I will forwarn others about, this thing is HUGE when in use, it folds down great for storage between uses, but I was not prepared for the overall length, when opened and in use. Other than that, I love my total gym xls.

I had an older version of the total gym for the past 20 years. It was still working, though I had to replace the cable a couple of times. I thought it was time for a new model. Still great. The handles are bit different, and I would say more comfortable. It came with the ABS cruncher, which is a nice feature. What I really like about the total gym is that I can do my exercises at any time of the day. If I'm busy, I'll do a bit in the morning, and the rest later in the day.

Been using my Total Gym XLS for 6 weeks now and it's hard, but am seeing the difference already. Remember to have patience with yourself with ungraceful mount and dismount notwithstanding, I love it and will continue to use it forever.
