My husband and I purchased the XLS a little over a month ago and It is the best!!! It makes working out fun. There are so many exercises you can do your routine constantly changes, so you never get bored. You look forward to working out!! I can do all of my workout on one machine. Delivery was fast. Set up took 15 minutes.

I suffer from automounne issues, have some nerve damage in my hip which leads to chronic pain. I eat healthy and was always active until 4.5 years. I purchased this total gym and the last 3 weeks I have not felt better. I’m not using my heating pad, doing things that I have not been able to do in a long time. I feel new life just in a short period of time. It is amazing. I have strength in my back and shoulders where I was feeling such pain before the use of this equipment. I assure you, you will love it too if you purchase any of the Total Gyms.

I bought my total gym a little over a month ago, after considering if it was worth the investment. It took about a week for it to arrive, but I ordered it on a holiday weekend. It was pretty large once set up.
I enjoy using it and use it 3 or more times a week. I feel that I am getting stronger. I recommend using their videos and also looking at the ones people post on youtube so that you can have more variety.

Upper body exercises, I feel, are definitely more of a challenge. I feel the resistance. The lower body, I am a bit disappointed in. Even when set at level 6. Although, I have not tried all the excercises yet. I was a little overwhelmed at first when taking it out of the box, but did manage to put it together by myself. The instructions are on the outside of the box plus more instructions in a DVD and pamphlet. When sliding from the lower levels up it can be hard. The column with the numbers has to be at a certain angle or it won't slide. When you are at level 5 or 6 and want to slide down, it is easy. I guess right now that is my biggest frustration- changing levels. They make it seems so easy on the DVD.

We had bought a this Total Home Gym 15 years ago and it was still in good condition except for the wheels had started sliding to one side after 15 years, but who can complain about that after 15 years of every day use! We love this gym that we immediately purchased another and am very happy we did. It has everything you need for a great workout. Wouldn’t purchase anything else! If you’re thinking of buying a total gym this is the deal, and it is a deal for the cost! Just one more thing I love about this gym is the flexibility for stretching and Pilates attachment!
