I used to owe a total body gym many years back and after many moves decided to sell it. I just moved to an area I which the nearest gym is 20 minutes away each way so I decided to build my own home gym best decision ever. Totally forgot how much I used to love working out in one and am really motivated and enjoying my workouts at home. Best fitness equipment ever.

I bought the total gym one month ago I honestly didn’t know how good it is there are so many exercises you can do I am seeing amazing results in my triceps core shoulders legs biceps I have become addicted to the total gym and it’s great cause they offer a payment plan so you pay monthly I love having my own gym at home I am going to be ordering more accessories as well

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy I did. It was so easy to unfold and set up for use. The appearance of the total gym just invites you to use it. It is very sturdy and solid. The bed just slides so smoothly and quietly on the rails. The exchange of the accessories for the different exercises is quick and simple. The adjustment of the height for the rails is so easy. Fold up for storage after your done with your workout is also quick and easy. I also enjoyed receiving the exercise wall chart, the exercise deck of cards and all the videos to help anyone get started. So I was very impressed with the equipment and the company. I totally enjoy using my Total Gym XLS

Learning how to set up the equipment was much harder than beginning to use it. But once I got it going it has been very useful. Switching from exercise to exercise is very easy once you've learned the basics. This will be a lifetime/lifestyle choice and the results will come through my commitment to utilize the equipment. I am very happy so far.

I bought the XLS about 5 years ago and we have enjoyed it so much we decided to get a FIT as well and absolutely Love both machines. They are a great quality Home Gym that is very versatile. I really like the extra attachments you can order, and my favorites are the Tri Grip Bars, and Toe Bar. This is a great machine to strengthen areas of weakness such as upper back and your core which help with good posture especially as we age. You can't go wrong with Total Gym. It Really works, but you have to use it. 8-)

I have a very busy life and I just don’t have time to be going to a gym much. So I bougt this total gym and I have had it for a month now and I am loving it. It’s easy to use, I can get a full body workout plus some low impact cardio and leg work. Ladies sometimes need a little extra lower body work. I have used some of the total gym videos online to get started and to get familiar with all the different exercises and workouts. If you like to do other workout videos but don’t want all the extra equipment like dumbbells or even a bench, I use my total gym as a substitute. Really the total gym is limitless and you can have fun being creative with your own exercises and workouts! My only advice, if you can afford the higher priced total gym with footpad, I highly recommend it so you can do legs and low impact
cardio. Also the new variety of attachments are a plus.
