I bought the total gym and wow was I surprised at the quality and the ease of set up! I love having this total workout right in my home!! Throw on sneakers and workout clothes and get to it! It is a good, hard workout! Love it, love it, love it!

I did buy this a month ago and wondered what did I do? But haven't had a chance to get into a routine because of being sick. I think it is quite heavy and if I did want to return it , I couldn't . But I do want to get use of it and see how it will benefit me. So this is too early to say a review. I am hoping to benefit from this total gym cause walking around here is not safe and was my go to for exercise. I need encouragement. ask me again in six months

I bought my second Total Gym a few months ago and I love it! Great product with an array of accessories that go with it. I’m 54 years old and don’t really want to go to the gym anymore, but I want to keep my strength and tone my body at the same time. I had rotator cuff surgery last year, I lost a lot of strength and have been in pain since. The Total Gym has helped me rehab that and the pain is down significantly since using it.
