I have enjoyed using my Total Gym. I enjoy the exercise video's to help me get started on my exercise routines with the equipment. My only complaint is the Total Gym is a bit cumbersome to set up & take down.

I've been using this for about a month. You can do alto of exercises with this machine. The only two negative comments I have are: videos are old. I wish they were more updated and that they had videos with longer workouts. Also, if machine is not placed on a rubber mat, machine moves when you do leg workouts wich can be dangerous. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase

I bought the total gym with hesitation because of who I see use it; I am not of small stature so was worried about moving on this. Come to find out, it worked GREAT for me and saw results within 2 days. My daughter uses it also and WE LOVE OUR TOTAL GYM XLS. We will be purchasing another so we can work out together.

I bought this gym a month ago and use it about 3 times a week. I like the product overall - don't love it. The suggested workout routines are helpful and easy to follow. A few issues, it is much heavier and difficult to move and set up and take down than expected. It requires 2 people and I am pretty fit. The cable falls off the hook under the bench if you slide up to grab the handles. I expected higher quality overall. It is time consuming to move different parts on the machine. Overall I like the machine - have lost 10 pounds in the last month by adding this to my routine just 3 times a week. But, there are design flaws so I can't give it a five....a four is generous but it is better than average.

I am tired of going to the gym and hardly able to use the equipment I wanted to work on. Total Gym XLS is ready for me to work on a specific body area. I'm pleased that I can workout morning, day or night. The Total Gym's DVD is a bonus to have, especially the Abs workout. I'm happy to say that my Abs did get sore but happy that I'm doing the correct exercises.

Chuck Norris & Christie Brinkley did not lie to me! I'll be honest - I was not a believer. I watched the infomercials and thought "Really?" but when I finally caved, I found it is so true!!! I can work out for just 10 minutes....break a sweat and be sore the next day. I LOVE it. I have a very small apartment and love that this folds up easily and takes up NO space. I can unfold it, pop in a video and go to town. My daughter is using it now too for her muscles for tumbling & cheer. All in all, a GREAT investment.
