What a neat way to exercise! Total Gym is pretty easy to use, although it does take some getting used to with all the parts and the numerous exercises. The possibilities are endless!! It works for me and my husband without much adjustment, so that's a definitive plus.

I've been wanting to order one of these for years. With the covid restrictions, I no longer go to the gym as I can't wear a mask while working out, so I splurged on the XLS. I do have a gym in my basement, but that has lost it's luster, so I have the XLS in my living room, no excuses now, lol. It is easy to get set up and easy to fold up and put it a corner. I've had a LOT of serious injuries and really like how smooth this machine is on my joints. I also like the quality of the XLS, seems very sturdy!
