So far so good! Had it a few weeks now. No problems. It’s def loud but it’s fine for us. We don’t use it in the bedroom. Mostly to keep the air moving in our apartment which has a lot of stale air due to poor air movement. Our place is cooler now but not cool cool as we keep it at 26deg. We don’t need it cooler than that. Nice to beable to sit in front of it if needing the extra cool down. Installation was a little tricky with our window being vertical but spouse figured it out. Hose isn’t super long, which is easy to manage but also can’t move it very far. Easily connected it to app and can use voice control to turn it off and on! All in all a good purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to pick up the product yesterday because the company that sells this used a delivery company that couldn’t find an address downtown. I missed using this in the heat and now I’m waiting to use it. I cannot recommend what supplier supplied this

I set this unit up in my bedroom (took me ~2hrs on my own, so relatively easy set up) but I haven't really used it because it's so darn loud(!?) The times I have turned it on low or the quieter overnight setting--during the day so as not to wake my neighbours--it's been ok; it takes several hours to bring the temp in a ~12' x 15' room from 26C down to 22C. So, I'm not particularly impressed by its cooling ability. Also, I have to cover the top read-out panel with a thick dark towel to block the electronic read-outs otherwise the glow lights up the room and keeps me awake at night.
With all the rain we've been getting, I'd like to try the humidifier setting. But I'm not sure how drainage will work: how much water will drain and will it drain properly with the hose sloped up into whatever catch-basin/container I can find? (none was supplied).
I still haven't decided whether I'll return this item (it'll take me several hours to pack it back in its box plus it's heavy and cumbersome, so I'll need a dolly and help to transport it down the stairs and to my car).
In retrospect, I would spend the extra money for a quieter, better working unit with a built-in drainage compartment for the humidifier. And a better energy rating would also make a considerable difference (will this be another piece of crap that's built to breakdown shortly after the warranty expires and end up in a landfill somewhere??)

Small but mighty. Easy to install and operate. Highly recommend. Only operated a couple of times as the weather has been rainy. The package comes with everything you will need unless you have a crank out window and you will need to purchase a piece of plexi-glass or plywood to install.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice little unit. Works fine, takes up a small footprint. It’s designed for smaller areas and suits our needs. The price was very good and delivery was timely and the package well cared for. Only downside side are the directions for setting up the window vent. Not very well written. However, set up and function are good. A pleasure doing business with Best Buy.

The ac works fine (so far) but i was sent a box with no remote, no instructions, and no installation hardware. It’s been 13 days since i contacted them letting them know what was missing, and im still waiting to hear if it’s even possible to receive it. I would think before buying.

We bought 2 of these air conditioners for summer and they work PERFECTLY!!! Quick and easy installation and the cold air that these give is amazing, even on low, it's nice and cool. I highly recommend!!!
