Great headphones. I can’t even tell I’m wearing them. Sound quality is really good and they are quite durable. Really happy with this purchase.

the headphones were okay while listening to music everything was fine but when you get in a call there's Echo and the quality is really bad.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue with our JBL Endurance Pace. We can try to initiate a reset by holding the circle and - volume buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. Connecting to a different device would also work. If it does not, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
