To Whom it may concern,
I am not sure about your supply chain. I ordered a replacement HP 312X High Yield Black Original LJ Toner a few years ago from you. It turned out to be counterfeit. Since then, I ordered two replacements, the first one registers low on toner, I haven't tried the second one yet. Either they are truly empty, or the counterfeit one damaged my printer's black toner sensor. I am not happy about this experience.
