Floppy Covers not suitable for field note-taking.

Is it true that the "09910" is now a different product? Is it true that the 0.044" cover thickness has been reduced to a floppy 0.017" thickness? I find note-taking with the book in my lap or on the seat of my truck to have changed from "very suitable" to "almost unusable". Maybe it saves you money but it's costing in our productivity.
Cons: Flimsy Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed that the look of the composition book has been upgraded. The sheets seem a little thicker then they used to be. i was able to write with a marker and it didn't bleed through. Its a good notebook for taking notes, journal or for kids doodling.
