Wish I could get a free set of replacement wheels. I love the color & style of my medium Skyway luggage bag however, the wheels do not perform well at all. The wheels are stiff and do not spin or turn easily with a fully pack suitcase. It really slows me down having to constantly adjust for where it seems to want to navigate. My wrists and arms are stiff afterward too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our go to luggage when we need to purchase new bags. We needed to replace our medium spinner because the one we had been using wheels wore out and the zippers broke. We keep coming back to this brand in different sizes. Great luggage at a great value.
