I’m in love this backpack. I’ll be using it for longer trips to Europe and it’s perfect because it has the large flap opening which makes it easier to get to your things. The padding is fantastic and feels so comfortable on your back. PLUS it’s attractive which is really hard to find for backpacking bags. The price is hard to beat too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this backpack! It is kind of a cross between a duffle bag and a backpack, as it can be worn as a backpack, or as a duffle by tucking in the shoulder straps and using the front handle.
The way the zipper opens along the front of the bag makes it super easy to access things at the bottom, which is convenient when you are hiking/backpacking. I got the 43L and it’s spacious enough for me to fit a full week of clothes (sweatshirts and leggings), as well as my toiletries.
The canvas material is lightweight but seems pretty sturdy, and the straps are padded, so they don’t dig into your shoulders after packing heavily. Would definitely consider getting this if you’re looking for a good versatile travel bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For one thing, the backpack sports two top handles that allow it to be carried more like a duffel bag, as well as a vertical side handle (like those found on many suitcases). Not only did these extra handles give me more ways to carry the backpack through airports and train stations, but they made it much easier to get my bag out from overhead bins or from under the seat in front of me while on planes. Speaking of which, the backpack’s shape helped with in-flight storage, too. Featuring a more rectangular shape than I’m used to in a typical backpack, the Rainier version stayed relatively compact, keeping me from transforming it into a bulging, overstuffed balloon (as I have a habit of doing). I also appreciated that it featured two different padded pocket options for my laptop, and a handy side pocket that could be unzipped for use as a water bottle holder or zipped up to hold extra items.
