Great buy and product!

We've had our machine for 2.5 years and it's been great for home, travel, and camping use. The charge seems to run the machine for a surprising 9-10 hours!
QUESTION: what is the electrical current draw (amps) for this machine?
I would recommend this to a friend!

The device is stuck on noise and unresponsive with or without being plugged to power.

You can follow the steps below to reset your sound machine-
Unplug the device and leave it unplugged and running until the battery drains completely — this might take up to 2 days. After the battery drains, you can recharge your sound machine and return to normal use. To prevent this from happening again, make sure you don’t leave your sound machine plugged in for more than 14 days in a row. If you need anymore assistance with troubleshooting, please reach out to us via chat or phone, we would be happy to help!

perfect portable sound machine!

Perfect for traveling, in the car, or even at home. When used at home, it helps block out the sound from dogs and main part of the house so my kids don't wake up (used in addition to the Hatch). Holds a charge for about 11 hours based on how loud we use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m addicted and sleeping well!!!

The baby hush version of this came bundled with the bigger original Rohm. I ended up liking this better for myself as it comes with a bigger sound range (gets louder than the big machine if you need it) and takes up much less real estate on my bedside table. I am addicted to it for travelling and have sold countless others on it! Early on I made the mistake of leaving it on charge for a couple of weeks. It appeared to have died. Customer service responded quickly with an email explaining how to reset the machine and it worked perfectly again. Now I simply recharge it after 3 nights of use. It is super lightweight and packs easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It only lasts for a year or two

This was really great for about a year. But it did give me issues…. Would not turn on sometimes and now won’t turn off. I’m literally waiting for it to die. I loved the compact size and case.But it definitely needs improvement

We are very sorry that your machine is not wanting to turn off. Actually that is how you reset the unit. Run it until it dies, then fully charge it before using again and it will be reset. If you continue to have issues then please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to assist you.

STOPS WORKING AFTER A WHILE

My daughter received one as a gift and bought another for me to have at our home. I do not use it that often and the darn thing stops working. She did have a problem with hers and it was under warranty. They did send her another. I would not recommend this sound machine. Try and find another brand.

Lovely but started malfunction after 7 months

I absolutely love the travel sound machine. It has worked well and I love that you can adjust the volume and the small travel container it comes it, however it has stopped working properly after 7 months of use. It will turn on and then turn off 10 minutes later even after a full battery charge...
