Totally Frustrating

Just installed this 450 Turbo with the labels that were included in the box, the 2 5/16" x 4" Shipping labels. The 450 will not accept these labels as the previous reviewer indicated. the DYMO Item # 30256 is listed in the advanced settings of the DYMO printer as I found in the help section but it will not let me select it as the label.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by our printer. 2 5/16" x 4" Shipping labels are definitely compatible with LW 450Turbo. If you are changing label type to 30256 in control panel settings, go to printing preferences > advanced > paper size > 30256. If you are changing on DYMO Connect software go to NEW > Label Type > 30256. However, your valuable feedback is important for us to improve ourselves.

550 Turbo SUCKS!

I hardly ever give 1 star reviews. I must say though, I am severely disappointed with this product. First and foremost, I was led to believe the labelwriter 550 turbo is capable of printing postage, it isn’t. Secondly, you can’t use generic label rolls not to mention the fact that every time I go to print something, it tells me “labels not recognized” even though it has DYMO LABELS IN IT! It will NOT stay connected to my network and will quit mid print of a large amount of labels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
