550 Turbo SUCKS!

I hardly ever give 1 star reviews. I must say though, I am severely disappointed with this product. First and foremost, I was led to believe the labelwriter 550 turbo is capable of printing postage, it isn’t. Secondly, you can’t use generic label rolls not to mention the fact that every time I go to print something, it tells me “labels not recognized” even though it has DYMO LABELS IN IT! It will NOT stay connected to my network and will quit mid print of a large amount of labels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We would like to inform the new 5 series printers uses only genuine DYMO labels which are manufactured after April 2020, we come up with this idea to avoid excessive feeding and label jams.
