Worst alarm clock ever

Junk do not buy it’s better to be late than to attempt to use this convoluted blinking box unreliable overly complex weak volume. Plug end is not a standard small 110 volt plug but an adapter style to take up more than its due space in an outlet. Idiots make it simpler louder and tougher destroyed it with one punch satisfaction accomplished.

I bought my son a GPX C253B alarm clock radio. It is defective and won't set the time. No matter how long I hold down the clock button, it doesn't start to flash.

Great sound, terrible instruct

This is the first radio I have found that I can get to tune in in my home. Unfortunately the instructions for the presets don't work. I can only preset one station. You need to hire a writer that can provide complete and understandable instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How do you preset radio stations? I can only set a station for P1 (not for P2-P10).

We were excited to find a regular clock/radio alarm for a affordable price but so disappointed that the radio alarm is full volume and can’t be lowered. Obviously you’re aware of it but won’t change it and continue to take peoples money. I should have checked reviews first

We totally understand your frustration and how annoying the volume issue must be. We do want to change the issue, but changes can't be implemented until we purchase more product and ask for a running change from factories. Terrible designed controls with conflicting functions, confusing consumer instructions. Very poor performance as a radio.

You get what you pay for

Horrible user interface. Buttons are so small that when you try to shut off the alarm you'll probably hit one of the other mystery buttons and screw up the time setting. Cheap buttons. You turn on alarm1 and alarm 2 gets enabled too.
