Not as comfortable as the 3. Different curve and cheap plastic instead of grippy rubber. The extra button is useful but this mouse isn’t worth the price or pain.

Mx master 4 moves much slower on hand. You do not have the swiftnees and lightness that the MX master 3 has. It is also wider than the 3. If you prefer slow moving sensation 4 is for you.

I preferred the feel and buttons of the 3. The 4 feels larger in the hand and while it is significantly more customizable, I just haven't found it was easy to work with for most things.
Good product, if customization and options are important to you it is fantastic, but I'd recommend trying one before buying.
