I ordered a personalized cup. It was not personalized. I tried to return it and I have not been able to. I’m done with Stanley.

This is the 2nd Quencher I've bought my wife as a gift. I got 1 for her last year and she fell in love. She kept saying she wanted to have another so for Christmas I got her a new one customized with a picture and her name. She was absolutely in love with it and couldn't wait to show it off to all her friends.
I would recommend this to a friend!
