DO NOT lose an end or you will be very frustrated!

I usually spend the extra $ for Scotch brand packing, shipping and box tape because they adhere well, but most importantly when I lose the end it is easy to find and peel up with my fingernails.. I can get the tape back to the full width with minimal loss.The lot of tape I got for moving last year and continue to use is horrid! When I lose an end, it is difficult to find, it shreds, and when I’m finally able to get it to the full width, I’ve lost 6-8” of tape. It was this experience with cheap tape that made me a Scotch brand tape loyal customer. I am very disappointed with what I consider a degradation in the quality of the product. I am sure it is thinner which is probably why the end Is so difficult to find and peel. I will not buy this product again.

Extremely durable

My car was broken into, and I had a 5.5 hour drive back home without a driver's front window. I wanted to make the drive back with a barrier in case there was bad weather, etc, but wanted something that would not obstruct my vision. I used this tape to make a make-shift window. I drove 70+mph home and through rain, and this tape held up the entire way. I was so grateful Scotch made this excellent product. It made a stressful situation much better. Very durable and definitely kept the promise to stay sealed!

THE BEST SHIPPING TAPE EVER!!!!

I have used this tape for a long while. After using other name brands that don't stick well, I tried Scotch box lock, LOVE IT!! It sticks really well to my shipping boxes and is very strong! I won't use any other brand, just scotch box lock tape!

Waste of money

I wish I could leave zero stars. Complete garbage product. Tears and shreds when you try to find the end. Threw the roll away and will buy a “better” product

Best Tape

I ship packages often so I use a lot of tape. I Had been having trouble finding a different tape from the same brand so I switched to this and now I won't be switching back. The tape is thick and sticks well, No issues there but even more it isn't overly loud nor does it smell.. I Had gotten a cheaper tape from a different brand and it was so long to use and created an odor while using it , I love this tape. The Box Lock really works
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scotch shipping packaging tape

Used 2/3 of the tape and then the tape starts tearing and I have to run the roll out until it is the width of the roll to use it (and cut off the narrow part).Then it did it again, i.e. somehow got a narrow width, have to run it out ....I am going to throw the rest of the roll out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a shipping manager at one point in my life and I could not stand the flimsy packing tape we were given to use. This box lock tape truly is amazing. I never needed to use more than one strip of tape to keep a box closed. A huge improvement over the old tape I used.
I would recommend this to a friend!
