The transfer of image from the brown labels to the white label is impossible. VERY discouraging!
They are both 2 1/2 inch but placement on the sheet is different. WHY!

Hello Karl, thank you for your review. I'm not sure if this is a die cut or alignment issue. Each product, such as this 94502 product should match the 94502 template. So if the products are not compatible, then there could be an alignment issue. To review this issue, please contact our Care Team and we are happy to help. Please provide the order number and image (if possible). You can chat with a Live Agent on avery.com/help or you can call us at: 800-462-8379. Our hours: 6am-5pm PT. Mon-Fri. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these labels for work to put on folders and plastic bags. They hold the ink well and are very sticky so no fear that they will fall off.

I bought these to create simple gifts with wood disc. I downloaded the templet to use with them and the sticker never lines up with printing. After multiple tries, wasted paper, stickers and ink I put them in the tub file. Waste of money.

Hello, I am so sorry that these labels are printing misaligned. Some tips I have found helpful is to check the PDF printer settings. The Page Size should be set to Letter or 8.5"x11" and the scale should be Custom 100%. Another tip is to check if your printer has a Labels or Matte Photo Paper, as this can help your printer grab the paper correctly. If you need additional assistance, we are happy to help. We're available via chat on avery.com/help or via phone at 800-462-8379. Our hours: 6am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri.
