Needs Directions Somewhere on How to Refill it

I want to change the tape that it came with, but cannot find instructions anywhere!! Very frustrating. I don’t want to break it by forcing it. Please help.

We are sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time refilling your Scotch Clip and Twist Dispenser. To remove the core from the old roll of tape you simply gently pull the sides of the dispenser away from the core and lift the core out. To insert the new roll of tape you gently pull the sides apart enough to push the new roll of tape in so that the knobs are in each side of the plastic tape core.
