This is a heavy duty cloth resistance band with a no-slip surface on one side that makes it excellent for a variety of resistance exercises, especially for leg work. Comes with a nice, modest manual with recommended uses.NOTE: it is not long enough to place behind the shoulders and do arm presses or to stand on to do squats or substitute for dead lifts.

Perfect Peach. It definitely gets the job done. And it comes with a book of workouts you can do with the band.

I got the product I expected. Love how its woven elastic so its much stronger than traditional resistance bands. I've not experienced any tugging on my skin.

ELASTILOOP USER FRIENDLY VS RUBBER BANDS
I have at least 12 different bands and loops, but what sets this Go Fit Elastiloop (wide band) is that it’s super comfortable when using it. I never have to keep adjusting it as I do with the rubber bands. It’s very sturdy. I use it with confidence; no fear of it snapping. I really love this Elastiloop. I hope they use this same concept for arms (smaller diameter). If they come out with extra small Super Elastiloop for glutes, I would buy that one too. Again, this band is super comfortable! I wish I had known about this product earlier.
