Online ordering was easy; delivery was prompt. Well packaged. I followed the instructions for setup - it wasn't very complicated. It took a while to get used to the new printer but now that I know all its features, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It doesn't print all PDF files from the file itself. Sometimes I have to go to HP and print the document from preview. I don't see that as a problem. I got used to it. I would definitely recommend this printer.

The overall printer is good, however have experienced problems with scanning as the printer looses the connection to the desktop even though it is connected by USB cable.

We purchased for the scan to email cabaility. Works well with the press of 2 buttons the document is on its way. Double sided printing is nice and LCD display is user intuitive.
