It's the best phone I've ever had, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes you have to have system updates, meaning that you cannot turn off system updates(I'm noting this because from what I've noticed and other people have noticed system updates causes your phone to be slower after updates) which I have noticed it got slower after just one update because it used to be faster and the more updates the slower it gets😕

Decent midrange phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good phone for those looking at low priced to midrange phones. It's got a lot of nice features, like nfc & 5G, and it still has a headphone jack and SD card options. The camera takes decent pictures, as expected for a lower priced phone.
I've used this phone for about 2 years now, and I've been happy with it until recently. In the last few months, the phone seems to take longer to process commands, load data, etc. I'm especially annoyed with the cell and text messaging service lately. I don't know if the issue is completely my phone's fault, but I've compared it against another phone (not Samsung) using the same cell service in the exact same area, and my phone performed much worse. But this is a recent issue, so it might just be my phone showing its age.
Overall, it was a good phone considering the price I paid for it at the time. I've been happy with it until recently, so I'd recommend it if you get a good deal on it.

Overall, it's a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i upgraded from an older samsung phone I didn't know it would be this good. I like how you give free service like Samsung Live and able to track your loved ones phone through SmartThings. The camera is 7/10, I still have to focus a bit or manuely fix the lighting composer to get the right picture. The phone calls are okay as I only get clear calls if I use my earbuds. The battery is something else as it last long to charge however, using it last as long as well. I started noticing that my phone gets heated this year and the proccesing service takes a bit too. Overall, nothing much bad to say.

Great phone for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A32 is a great phone for the money, so therefore it lacks some conveniences such as wireless charging also a light to indicate a call or text has been received would be nice. Being on the less expensive end the features that it has are great.
