[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Retired couple with two a32s. We're both on 2nd with replacement warranty. My fingerprint scanner went bad & she dropped hers(in washing machine).....good quality cameras & plenty of storage. We watch movies & play old folks games while keepin in touch with grandkids.....good phones.

I am able to do video chats and can receive phone calls in almost any place I am.
I have found it functions fairly well for the most part. My biggest issue with this phone is that it is slow to start up after it charges. I have to wait for the change in screens to catch up to where I want to go.
Also, sometimes the security features don't always function as the are supposed to.
Overall, this phone has served its purpose fairly well.
