Very disappointed in Samsung

Programming, setup, programming, cameras, all are Apple quality. It's overly temperamental and dose whatever it want. Can't believe I would ever be disappointed in a Samsung product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly, love the battery life on it. It has saved me countless times as aback phone one of best phones to have as a back up. The only thing is the camera kept foreclosing. But it keeps updated and runs smoothly. I've had the phone since it came out and has never failed me besides the camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a person of quick functionality. This phone is better than some phones, like any iphone for example. I would like to see more privacy and security with your phones as well, i removed all forms of social media because of intrusive data collecting, and now even the regular apps are intrusive now as well. But otherwise good phone for the price. Could use better support as far as 5g or better which could be the carrier but seems i have to restart this phone twice daily for being frozen or wont unlock with thumb print. But i am open to doing beta as long as no info is sold and blind study for advancement purposes.
