Slow process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had issues of slow start up and at times it would freeze up. I have restarted it and deleted apps but nothing seems to help.
Also the night picture qualty is not the best.

The screen not soeasilt scattered when it's dropped as newer phones but still very high HD for all my streaming needs. Expansive space for my many Playlist and downloads. Works super high speed and connects with zero issue. I want to keep this model around!
