This phone is a nightmare, it's the worst phone I've ever owned I can't wait to replace it. Nothing positive to say about this product, it's a very bitter experience.

I would love to meet the person that writes the informatiin for these phones .. must be stevie wonder lookin the phone over ..my consensus is this phone makes a great door stop ..or something to scoop up crap with !!!

Everything taking forever to load. Signal is horrible. Screenshot are hard to do.
My old S8 was 10x better

Love it but??

I just got this phone and i do love it and all the features but I'm having trouble with the Bluetooth part. It was working fine and all of the sudden stopped working. The devices will connect and not play anything. The sound and calls are switched on to allow them to play on speaker or headphones but I get nothing at all. The sound plays fine from my phone can someone help me plz??????

I switched from an iPhone 8 Plus and so very glad I did. This phone is great! Although it takes a lot more know-how and setup than an iPhone, specially for Android Auto, but once you get it dialed in, (pun intended), it is hands down, better than anything Apple has to offer... including the 13 Pro.
I would recommend this to a friend!
