Good but not great

i really want to love this phone but the more i use it, the less i like it. when i first bought this to replace a 5 year old moto g4 i was thrilled with the speed and battery life however now i am finding all the flaws. my biggest gripe, and had i known in advance i would not have bought this phone, is the main 48 mp camera cannot be zoomed in! the camera also defaults to the last setting used instead of a predetermined setting so if you take a picture using the 48 mp then want to take a quick picture and zoom in you need to change the settings, possibly missing the photo op. also, the power/sleep button is located under the volume rocker which is the revers of most phones where power/sleep is on top with volume below.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Im confused on how my phone is smaller than reg.

I bought the A32 "5G" and unfortunately it was smaller than any other A32. When i went to activate it there were so many failures and when i chose my accesories none of them fit my A32

Poor wifi reception

Device has poor wifi reception won't pickup nearby available networks when other devices in same household will. Tried everything reset network connection to factory reset still has same problem

I bought this phone for myself and my son. NEITHER of the devices function properly. They don't connect well to the mobile network! I had to change it from 5G to 3G in order for it to function at all. The phones do not download images in text. Has major difficulty connecting! The whole phones ability to function is nonexistent! I love love love Samsung phones and have used them for years, but by far this is the worst phone invented by Samsung!

Horrible Phone Model STAY AWAY

I bought the original phone back in May without much thought into and have regretted it since. It constantly stays in emergency calls only mode. It will end a call and do it even though you're not moving. They've sent replacements and all the same. Can't even use the memory card on it appropriately. Buy an iPhone you won't be sorry.

It loses network connection and wifi connection constantly. Talk to text and "Ok Google" is hit or miss, mostly miss. Anything that goes wrong, you can't just back out, the phone has to be restarted. The upside, the camera is decent.

Can barely pickup wifi in my house when my other 20 devices are perfectly fine. Stay away from this device if you use wifi.

What a nightmare

Traded in my 8s as I was told that bigger screen and 3 cameras plus 5g was an upgrade. Huge mistake. This phone is problematic at best. Should have researched phone before giving up my 8s. Now I'm stuck with this crappy phone.
