HORRIBLE PHONE

I HAD TO WAIT 6 WEEKS TO GET THIS PHONE [ A32 5G ] . IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM SINCE. POOR RECETION EVEN WHEN IN SAME ROOM WITH WIFI MODEM ; CANT SEND A TEXT HALF THE TIME ; GET A BAD SIM CARD MESSAGE REGULARLY AND ITS BEEN CHANGED . THINK YOU FOLKS NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND GIVE ME ANOTHER PHONE IN NPLACE OF THIS PIECE OF JUNK. MY OLD NOTE 5 WAS BETTER THAN THIS AND IT WAS 5 YEARS OLD. WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Worst Samsung I have ever owned! Phone is garbage have to restart after I lost service won't reconnect. Try to keep on airplane mode while I'm at work but if I forget and service is lost once outside I have to restart to reconnect no matter how long I wait! NEVER should have let them talk me into something cheaper!!

My Nerves!

I have always had a Samsung Galaxy . However, my latest, the A32 is my worst. It constantly freezes so that I have to restart to make it work right, I look up things on Google and I get blank pages, etc. until I again restart. I have a couple more years to go thru this agony!

This phone is a lemon!

I had an LG phone for 3 years and it worked great. I decided to get a new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G as an upgrade, since LG's are out of the business. Worst phone I have ever had! Sent back 2 of them because both had same issues. Would work for 2/3 days and then would get pixels and it would turn itself off and then couldn't turn on for 3 days!! Horrible experience.

Bad phone, not all of these reviews can be wrong

Like so many others, I bought a horrible phone. I went with Samsung for its name and reputation. Boy was I wrong. With so many people complaining about the same issues, there has to be a hardware or software problem that is not being addressed. I purchased mine 10/11/21. After 1 week it started constantly rebooting. The screen would Pixelelate like an old defective VGA card in a computer. The only way to shut it down is to hold power and volume up keys. Would only power back up if I plugged it in. Finally was able to get into setup and reset the phone. Worked for 2 days then started again. All I wanted was a decent phone that worked. Never again Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen Cracks Very Easily

one of the main reasons i bought this phone is because it is advertised as having, "tough, drop-resistant corning® gorilla® glass 5."
within a week of purchase the display had already cracked! i acknowledge that i had not yet had a chance to put on a case (it hadn't even arrived yet), but i am a grown adult and treat my electronics carefully. i don't understand how the screen cracked so easily.
very disappointing as it is otherwise a really nice phone. now i have to deal with the expense and hassle of replacing the screen or deal with being really bummed every time i look at my broken brand new phone.

A32 Problems

Same issue as everyone else. I received the A32 with their trade in program. Loses network and wifi connections. If you go from house to car, have to restart phone. From car to inside building at work, have to restart phone. Can't make phone calls or get internet connection unless you restart. I have a wifi booster on my home. Even overnight, with the phone in the same room as the modem and booster, I have to turn wifi off and on after it has been sitting overnight. Sometimes even restart phone. This makes it an issue when you need your phone on an emergency. You never know if it's going to work. It does play games, has plenty of room to take photos,, and camera takes great photos. But that's not why I need this phone.. I have always preferred Samsung products, phones, tablets etc. But this phone is very bad.

i love my a32 5g! the numerous features, tools and customizations are awesome to have on an affordable galaxy device. it's actually my favorite galaxy device thus far (my s6 is still an excellent phone). thank you samsung for making long lasting,, affordable products!
