I like this phone

Negative side is the volume is VERY poor. I have an older phone that the volume is very good. If you use a head set with it then the sound is better.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greatest phone so far, I love everything about from taking great pictures to playing games with awesome quality I haven't had any issues with it, I really like that you can have many apps open, that little window on the right hand that you can just slide and open any app you want.

Great at first but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I've had the phone for about a year, it frequently looses service. I have to restart it at least once a day to get service back. It will happen in the middle of important calls or just while not being used. It's rather annoying when I am waiting on a call and when I look at my phone it shows no service so I'll restart and see voice-mail from the call I was expecting. Most inconvenient function to stop working at random.
