This product has great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is great for taking really good pictures. The video quality it good, but it can be a little better. The storage is okay for a few big games, but it needs more space.
It has splitscreens for doing two things at once. They don't crack easily. There is always room for growth, but I do enjoy this product.

Wonderful Product With A Few Flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone in 2021 for regular use, texting, phone calls, small mobile games, etc. In the time I've had this phone it has done wonderful! I enjoy playing games and branched out to play more complex mobile games from minecraft to a few others. The phone has a tendency to get hot and apps crash out with extended use. The screen also tends to freeze up quite often when doing anything for a decent amount of time. The power button has also stopped responded entirely and in order to turn on the phone i have to use the fingerprint ID, which is fine although inconvenient when trying to check time or notifications quickly. Overall, it us a good phone for basic use, though not to be expected to be able to handle long usage periods especially in powerful apps.
The storage is quite nice and I've yet to have an issue with it. The camera is decent, it's not the best and tends to go out of focus and not want to refocus, it is one of the better features of this phone and for casual photos it is wonderful. I really love the portrait mode and have gotten quite a few nice images. The screen is very durable and I only have a few scratches and I have dropped it amd it's not cracked.

Galaxy A32 amazing device

Camera need some improvement but so doesn't everything in life if you think about it. I have always ALWAYS been a Samsung person. And with this phone you'll see why. And say APPLE WHO??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibration quit working within 6 months of buying, won't stay connected to wifi for more than 1 hr. Has barely any storage and SD card I was told would work with it, doesn't. I'm very disappointed in this phone.

Free phone, you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had bought new phones we paid for outright, then our phone service switched to 5G and forced us to come in and get new 5G enabled phones. I've always had Samsung galaxy phones so I thought the 5G phone would be an upgrade. Boy was I wrong! This phone switches to "Emergency Calls Only" at least twice a day and the only fix is to restart the whole phone. It doesn't hold signal, it freezes all the time and I am literally counting down the minutes til my "free" phone is "paid off" so I can purchase a new phone that actually works. I've always lived my Samsung galaxy phones but after this phone I am considering switching to a different brand phone. It was so soon after buying our new phones that they switched 5G so it wasn't in the budget to buy one of the better galaxy phones again so we got the A32 and I would not recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy A32 5G for Gaming, Email, YouTube, Interne. I'm even able to view/edit any and every kind of file, whether it is PDF's, Picture's and Videos, Acrobat files. Literally EVERYTHING. The battery on the other hand, is ok at best. Slow charging unless you power down the phone. Then it charges moderately quick. But JUST quick. I think the phone would greatly benefit from a protective case with the Extra power pack built in.
