Been using for a month and it has given me relief for my Sciatica pain. This Back Stretch Bench can take away the pain in minutes. Relief last for quite a while until I return for another stretch. Hope pain goes away over time. Worth buying.

The best device to decompress your back at home!

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I am so impressed with how well it works and how well designed it is. I use mine with the Inversion Belt to maximize decompression in the lower back and it's an amazing combination.

My wife and I both use this device. She has to adjust the bench for her shorter height and this is easily done. We both find that a gentle stretch does provide some relief of back tension. The overall effect is similar to an inversion table without having to hang upside down.

This product stretches out my spine and helps to properly align my hip joints. I did not experience any of the negative issues (pads pressing against the arms pits, or not stretching me enough due too my height -- 5'9") others reported. I use it in the morning and/or evening to reduce lower back stiffness and increase flexibility due to age-related degenerative discs in the Lumbar region and recurring bursitis in my hip. Works like a charm and is relaxing in its own way. The bench could be a bit more cushioned.
