When it arrived it had

When it arrived it had a pin hole in it I thought no big deal as it took me 3calls to get it ordered correctly but now that pin hole has caused a couple of cracks plus moisture has gotten under it & is hard to see certain things! I was going to call this week as we have been busy getting ready & traveling as my daughter got married Friday 7/17

So, first, Customer Service was AWESOME to work with and registered my product as I ordered it. Installation was EASY following the directions provided. I feel like my screen is just as sensitive as if it were the native phone screen.

I was impressed and very pleased with the whole process of purchasing the invisible shield for my phone. I couldn't find the item on the web site so I called. I was able to talk to a live person quickly. I hate being out on hold for long periods and being reminded repeatedly that I could use the web site to make a purchase. The gentleman was courteous and efficient and I didn't feel like I was imposing, which happens frequently nowadays.
